Confidentiality

The confidentiality of our coaching relationship is of utmost importance to us. As part of this relationship, any information, whether physical or verbal, shared by the Client with the Coach will be treated with the highest level of discretion and care. The Coach commits to not disclosing any information related to the Client without obtaining the Client's express written consent. The Client, in turn, agrees not to share or distribute any content, coaching materials, or resources provided by the Coach during the course of the program.

PLEASE NOTE: While we uphold the principles of confidentiality, it is essential to understand that the Coach-Client relationship is not legally protected like those involving doctors and patients or attorneys and clients. Consequently, under certain circumstances, the Coach may be legally compelled to disclose otherwise confidential information to relevant authorities. We assure you, however, that we will always strive to maintain confidentiality and trust at the core of our professional relationship.

Use of Resume Templates

By purchasing and downloading the resume templates from our website, you agree that these templates are solely for your personal use and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared in any form or by any means. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or reproduction of the templates, either in whole or in part, constitutes a breach of our terms of service and will be subject to legal action. We reserve the right to pursue all available remedies if we discover any instances of misuse or infringement of our intellectual property rights. By using our templates, you agree to respect and abide by these terms and conditions, ensuring that our creative work remains protected and is utilized ethically and lawfully.

Refund Policy

Digital Downloads

There are no refunds or exchanges for any digital downloads. No exceptions will be made.

A La Carte Services

Clients who withdraw 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be issued after the scheduled session time has passed.

Coaching Programs

Clients who withdraw 24 hours prior to the first session will receive a 100% refund. Clients who withdraw after the first or second session of the program will receive a pro-rata fee refund. After the third session, clients who withdraw from a program will not receive any refund.
